During my last year of my Master’s degree I completed a Master’s Research Project, which focused on Downtown Winnipeg’s efforts to revitalize. In the paper, I looked at the positive impact it has on the city, as well as the negative impact it has on those who live and work in the downtown and depend on its affordability and services.
